Joe Dudek
National President

Joe joined The National Exchange Club in 2003 as a member of the Exchange Club of Norwalk, CT. Since then, he has built five clubs and is currently a member of eight—six in the Connecticut District and two in the New England District. He was elected to the National Board of Trustees in 2022 and previously served as Region 12 Vice President. Joe also serves as a volunteer field representative for both the Connecticut and New England District Exchange Clubs.

Professionally, Joe is the Executive Director of Help for Kids – the Exchange Club Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse of Southern Connecticut. A highlight of his past year was celebrating the center’s 35th anniversary. Prior to his nonprofit work, Joe spent 30 years in the corporate media world with Cox Enterprises, serving as General Manager of their International Media Division.

Joe is part of a proud three-generation Exchange family, following in the footsteps of his father, Erwin, formerly of Highland, NY. He now serves alongside his two daughters, Meghan and Caitlin, in the Exchange Club of Westport, CT.

Tracey Edwards

Tracey Edwards
CEO

Tracey Edwards, Chief Executive Officer, The National Exchange Club, oversees Toledo-based National Headquarters staff in providing professional and technical assistance to the organization’s nationwide membership.

She is a strategic planning facilitator and board governance trainer who has developed presentations and resources to educate leaders in the areas of personal and professional development.

A member of the Exchange Clubs of Greater Maumee Bay and Toledo, OH, Tracey is also active in her community through the Old Newsboys Goodfellow Association, The Ohio Society of CPAs, The American Society of Association Executives, The Association of Fundraising Professionals, The Society of Human Resource Management, Toledo Hospital Auxiliary, Imagination Station STEMinists and Leadership Toledo.

A graduate of The University of Toledo, Tracey is also a Dale Carnegie graduate. She and her husband, Steve, reside in Monclova, OH,and have one adult son, Nick. Steve and Nick are also both members of their local Exchange Clubs.

Mike Reichek
Immediate Past National President

Mike Reichek joined The National Exchange Club in 1997. He responded to an ad in a local paper about a new club that had recently formed, attended the meeting, and the rest is history!

Mike is currently a member of the Exchange Club of Fort Bend, TX. He is also a volunteer field representative for the Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast District Exchange Clubs.

Mike is a full-time employee benefits broker serving small-medium sized businesses in their employee benefits programs, as well as serving as treasurer for two home owners associations.

Mike has been married for more than 40 years to his wife and they share one daughter together. He loves water sports, traveling, gardening, and fixing things.

Mike hopes to help districts thrive in terms of growth, projects, and service to their members and communities.

Fussell Hughes
National President-Elect

Fussell joined the Exchange Club of Albany, GA, in 1997 and has since remained an active and dedicated member. He has served on numerous committees and was club president during the 2015–2016 administrative year. Most recently, he was named his club’s 2023-2024 Exchange Club of Member of the Year

At the district level, Fussell served the Georgia District Exchange Club’s as district director, vice president, president-elect, and 2020-2021 district president. He has also been a member of the Georgia District Child Abuse Prevention Foundation Board since 2021.

Nationally, Fussell has served as a volunteer field representative since 2022 and was named National Volunteer Field Representative of the Year in 2023–2024. He was elected Region 10 Vice President for the 2023–2025 term and, in July 2025, was nominated as National President-Elect.

Fussell is married to Elise Hughes. Together, they have three children, six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. They enjoy spending their spare time attending their grandchildren’s many sporting events.

Julie Harman
National Treasurer

Julie joined The National Exchange Club in 1994, following in the footsteps of her
father. A lifelong supporter of Exchange, she grew up attending club events and is now a proud
member of both the Exchange Club of Detroit #1 and the Unity Exchange Club of Monroe, MI
—a club inclusive of people with and without disabilities.

She has served in many leadership roles, including club treasurer, Michigan District Exchange
Clubs President, Region 7 Vice President, volunteer field representative, and recently elected as
Exchange’s National Treasurer. A highlight of her recent service was co-building the new
Monroe club—an experience she describes as an incredible high.
Professionally, Julie has worked in tax and accounting for 41 years and is currently a para-
professional at Calkins Hehl Rafko CPAs in Monroe. She’s also actively involved in her local
community through various boards and initiatives.

Julie and her husband Scott have been married for 50 years. They have three sons, nine
grandchildren, and a close-knit family that fully supports her passion for Exchange. In her free
time, Julie enjoys biking (even to work!), traveling—especially in Northern Michigan—and
hopes to inspire a third generation of her family to carry on the Exchange legacy.

John Blythe

John Blythe
Region 1 Vice President

John joined Exchange in 2004 as a member of the Exchange Club of Kern Valley, CA, of which his grandfather Robert "Bo" Williams was a charter member. In 2020, John also joined the Exchange Club of Pacific Coast, CA. He previously served four years as Region 1 Vice President (2017-2021) before being reelected in 2023. 

As a third generation Exchange Club member, John has received several accolades from his club, including Exchange Club Member of the Year. He has also been recognized by Former Speaker of the U.S. House, Kevin McCarthy, for his many years of dedicated service to The National Exchange Club.

John earned a business administration degree from Cerro Coso College and an entertainment business degree from UCLA. He also studied producing at Vancouver Film School. 

John has worked in the motion picture industry and is president of Film Regions International, Inc. He is a member of The Producers Guild of America and holds an elected public office as a board member for the Kern Valley Healthcare District. His hobbies include hiking, swimming, working out, history, political science, and music. 

Tony Parish

Region 2 Vice President

Tony’s journey with Exchange began in 2006 when a friend invited him to help at an event. He was instantly hooked and has remained deeply involved since, serving in roles including club president, district director, and Regional Vice President. He is a proud member of the Breakfast Exchange Club of Billings, MT.

Professionally, Tony is a Business Development Officer for Stewart Title, but his favorite role is being a father. He and his wife, Amber, have two sons—Jordan and Hayden. The family enjoys baseball games, fun runs, golf, and exploring Montana’s historic sites. Tony and Jordan also share a passion for football and co-host sports media podcasts together.

Since joining the National Board in 2022, Tony has traveled the country connecting with Exchange Club members—an experience he calls a true blessing and source of personal growth.

Annette Duncan

Annette Duncan
Region 3 Vice President

Annette joined The National Exchange Club in 2002 and is a member of the Moonlighters Exchange Club of Owatonna, MN. She has served at the club, district, and National levels, including as club president, volunteer field representative for the Lakes and Prairies District Exchange Clubs, and Region 3 Vice President. Annette also chartered two clubs: the Moonlighters Exchange Club of Owatonna, MN, and the Exchange Club of Medford, MN.

She is President of the United Way of Steele County and has worked in human services nonprofits for more than 20 years. Annette holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and communication and a master’s in nonprofit management.

She and her husband, Bryan, have six children and two granddaughters. Annette enjoys family time, gardening, attending her children’s sporting events, and volunteering. Her passion for helping others drives both her professional and volunteer work.

Kevin Barker

Region 5 Vice President

Kevin’s life was changed when he joined Exchange on May 20, 2009, and found inspiration through service projects like Santa’s Exchange, GIVEAKIDAFLAGTOWAVE, and crime prevention luncheons honoring local officers. He is a member of the Exchange Club of Sugar Land, TX, and the Texian Exchange Club of Fulshear-Katy, TX.

Kevin currently serves as Region 5 Vice President and works closely with the Mid-America, Texas, and Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast District Exchange Clubs to grow Exchange. He has held multiple leadership roles at the club and district levels and is a mentor to the Exchange Excel Club at Kempner High School. Kevin has also helped build five clubs as part of a club-building team.

Professionally, Kevin is Director of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Provider Services at Texana Center, overseeing services for individuals across six counties. He lives in Richmond, TX, with his wife, Jeanne Wallace, and they are proud parents of three adult children—Trista, Bryson, and Lauren—and grandparents to Sophia, Brianna, Collin, and Lincoln.

Kevin enjoys cooking, traveling, live music, spending time with his grandchildren, and serving his community.

 

Judi Hartman
Region 6 Vice President

Judi is originally from Sandusky, OH, but now reside in Crossville, TN.  She has been a member of Exchange Club of Lake Tansi, TN, since January 2013.

Prior to her recent, third retirement, Judi was a ‘jack of all trades’, working as a cosmetologist, bookkeeper, waitress, factory worker, industry sales consultant, chiropractic assistant, and an accounts receivables manager.

Judi has two daughters and a son, who have blessed her with seven grandchildren. Judi is twice-widowed and shares a condo with her cat. She enjoys traveling, golfing, playing cards, cribbage, puzzling, watching game shows, and bible studies. These days, she calls herself a professional volunteer.

 

Cindy Cullen

Region 7 Vice President 

Cindy joined the Exchange Club of Clyde, OH, in 2010 and most recently became a member of the Exchange Club of Fremont, OH, in April 2024. She currently serves as Region 7 Vice President on the National Board and has been nominated by the Ohio-West Virginia District Exchange Clubs to become a volunteer field representative. Cindy will also serve as treasurer of the Fremont club for 2025–2026.

Over the years, Cindy has earned the Distinguished Club Treasurer Award (2024–2025) and the Distinguished District President Award (2021–2022). One of her proudest accomplishments is helping to retain and rebuild the charter of the Exchange Club of Fremont—a milestone she sees as a testament to the power of teamwork and commitment.

Now retired from a career in customer service, Cindy held roles in project management, production, materials, and client relations—experiences that deeply shaped her ability to serve others, both professionally and in Exchange.

Cindy is married and has three adult children and six grandsons who live in Tennessee and Georgia. She enjoys traveling to see them, as well as crocheting (often donating pieces to benefit Exchange causes), golfing, reading, attending high school football games, and supporting local alumni groups.

Known for her kindness, dependability, and eagerness to learn and uplift others, Cindy lives by her favorite quote, “In a world where you can be anything—be kind.”

Region 10 Vice President 

Kathy was raised on Long Island, NY. Upon graduating from Walt Whitman High School, she studied Business and Communications at the College of Mount St. Vincent. Kathy graduated in 1986 and joined Shearson Lehman Brothers Brokerage Firm as a member of their Management Training Program. It was there she met her husband of 36 years, David.

In 2001 Kathy and David moved to Charleston, SC, so David could fulfill his dream of opening a law practice. During that time Kathy took care of the household and the law office, always putting family first.  Her titles included wife, mother, cheer mom, dance mom, daughter, chauffeur, cook, and housekeeper.

In 2007, as Kathy’s children grew older, she decided to join the Evening Exchange Club of Charleston with David. She has been an active member of the club from the very beginning. Kathy has helped build multiple clubs and sponsored many new members. She is currently a member of the Evening Exchange Club of Charleston, Evening Exchange Club of Mooresville/Lake Norman, and the Exchange Clubs of Powdersville and Statesboro, SC. 

Kathy has held many positions: president of the Evening Exchange Club of Charleston, South Carolina district director, South Carolina District Exchange Clubs President, and former First Lady of the National Exchange Club. She is currently the Region 10 Vice President.

Kathy’s favorite position to date is that of First Lady of Exchange.  She was able to travel with the National President throughout the United States.  She found it amazing that strangers would open their homes to her and her husband. It was at that time that Kathy came to realize that Exchange truly is a family!  To this day she remains in awe of all the incredible Exchange Club members throughout the country and their amazing service to their communities.  

Kathy lives on Johns Island, SC, with her husband, Davide, their daughter Casey, and their two dogs Bodhi and Olliver. Casey is currently working as a travel agent and their eldest daughter, Ashley, is a high school teacher who just started an Excel Club at Coastal High School in Myrtle Beach, SC.  Kathy loves capturing special and everyday moments through her photography. She also enjoys cooking and gardening. 

Kara Wright

Region 11 Vice President

Kara has been a member of The National Exchange for the past 15 years. She has served in multiple chair roles in the Exchange Club of Hanover, PA, and on the club’s board of directors - two terms as president. Kara has served the Mid-Atlantic District Exchange Clubs as volunteer field representative, district director, district president-elect, and district president.

She has been honored by the Exchange Club of Hanover as the All-American Volunteer and Exchange Club Member of the Year. The Mid-Atlantic District Exchange Clubs also honored Kara as its Exchange Club Member of the Year.

Kara attained the distinction of becoming a club builder, with the Exchange Club of Spring Grove, PA; the district’s first club built in 23 years. The past two years have been filled with travel throughout Region 11, meeting members in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia.

Kara decided to accomplish the training for Volunteer Field Representative. The knowledge gained

Kara is very involved within her area communities: parades, volunteering coordinator, Friends of Codorus, Lions, Main Street, Summer's Army, Jaycees, the country's 250th celebration, Christmas in Hanover, Boy Scouts of America, and Gettysburg Rocks.

Kara's goals continue to be to provide support, awareness, training, growth in membership and leadership, and building community partnerships. “We have a tendency to not rely on our own

strengths within and those around us. A community helping community, no matter what that community is, strengthens all, has always been the belief.”

Kara has a large family of five children, 12 grandchildren,  and 9 great grandchildren with one more on the way. The family shares a passion of wide-open spaces, farming, music, and race car driving.”

Paul Greatsinger

Region 12 Vice President

Paul has been a dedicated member of the Exchange Club of Stamford, CT, since 2007. What began as a search for fellowship quickly turned into a passion for leadership driven by Exchange’s Mission and National Project, the prevention of child abuse.

He currently serves as Region 12 Vice President (since 2022) and is a volunteer field representative for the Connecticut District. Exchange Clubs. Over the years, Paul has held several leadership roles, including division director, club president, and club vice president.

Professionally, Paul is a Vice President at Morgan Stanley in Stamford, CT. A proud veteran, he served 20 years as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps.

Paul and his wife, Ginny, have been married for 36 years and have three adult children. They share their home with a miniature Australian Shepherd named Sandy. In his free time, Paul enjoys golf, reading, and French cooking.

Through his role in Exchange, Paul hopes to help build strong communities and foster unity across the nation.
