Mike Reichek
National President

Mike Reichek joined The National Exchange Club in 1997. He responded to an ad in a local paper about a new club that had recently formed, attended the meeting, and the rest is history!

Mike is currently a member of the Exchange Club of Fort Bend, TX. He is also a volunteer field representative for the Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast District Exchange Clubs.

Mike is a full-time employee benefits broker serving small-medium sized businesses in their employee benefits programs, as well as serving as treasurer for two home owners associations.

Mike has been married for more than 40 years to his wife and they share one daughter together. He loves water sports, traveling, gardening, and fixing things.

Mike hopes to help districts thrive in terms of growth, projects, and service to their members and communities.

Tracey Edwards

Tracey Edwards

Tracey Edwards, Chief Executive Officer, The National Exchange Club, oversees Toledo-based National Headquarters staff in providing professional and technical assistance to the organization’s nationwide membership.

She is a strategic planning facilitator and board governance trainer who has developed presentations and resources to educate leaders in the areas of personal and professional development.

A member of the Exchange Clubs of Greater Maumee Bay and Toledo, OH, Tracey is also active in her community through the Old Newsboys Goodfellow Association, The Ohio Society of CPAs, The American Society of Association Executives, The Association of Fundraising Professionals, The Society of Human Resource Management, Toledo Hospital Auxiliary, Imagination Station STEMinists and Leadership Toledo.

A graduate of The University of Toledo, Tracey is also a Dale Carnegie graduate. She and her husband, Steve, reside in Monclova, OH, with their beloved Shih Tzu and have one adult son, Nick. Steve and Nick are also both members of their local Exchange Clubs.

Ken Sullivan

Ken Sullivan
Treasurer

Ken joined the Exchange Club of North Jackson, MS, in spring 1972. In 2003, he was a new club builder and a charter member of the Exchange Club of Millington, TN. Ken has also served as Region 6 Vice President, National Treasurer, and trustee

Professionally, Ken is real estate broker licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi and is a tax resolution problem solver. He has also held positions as area supervisor for a finance company, management analyst for the state of Mississippi, and small business owner.

Ken's oldest daughter is a doctor of veterinary medicine and his youngest worked as a registered nurse before her passing. He also has four grandchildren. 

Ken received his advanced degree from the University of Mississippi and has specialties in Special Enrollment Examination – EA IRS and as a practitioner admitted to practice before US Tax Court.

Joe Dudek
National President-Elect

Joe joined The National Exchange Club in 2003 as a member of the Exchange Club of Norwalk, CT. He has built five clubs and is now a member of eight Exchange Clubs; six in the Connecticut District Exchange Clubs and two in the New England District Exchange Clubs.  

Joe was elected as a trustee of the organization in 2022 and previously served as Region 12 Vice President. He is a volunteer field representative for the Connecticut and New England District Exchange Clubs.    

Professionally, Joe is the Executive Director of Help for Kids – the Exchange Club Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse of Southern Connecticut. 

Joe is the second generation, of a three-generation family, of Exchange Club members. He follows his father Erwin, previously from Highland, NY, and serves alongside his two daughters, Meghan and Caitlin, in the Exchange Club of Westport, CT.

W. David Johnson

Immediate Past National President

David Johnson became a member of the Exchange Club of Charleston, SC, in 2002. He is now a member of four clubs: the Exchange Clubs of Charleston and Mooresville/Lake Norman, the Evening Exchange Club of Charleston, and the Latin Exchange Club of Charleston.

David has held numerous other positions, including club director and president, district director, district president, and Regional Vice President.

Raised in Greenville, SC, David is a practicing attorney and resides on John’s Island, SC, with his wife, Kathy. David and Kathy have two grown children, Ashley and Casey.

David wants to dedicate his time within Exchange to nurturing the “awesomeness” the organization has to offer.

John Blythe

Region 1 Vice President

John joined Exchange in 2004 as a member of the Exchange Club of Kern Valley, CA, of which his grandfather Robert "Bo" Williams was a charter member. In 2020, John also joined the Exchange Club of Pacific Coast, CA. He has previously served four years as Region 1 Vice President (2017-2021) before being reelected in 2023. 

As a third generation Exchange Club member, John has received several accolades from his club, including Exchange Club Member of the Year. He has also been recognized by Former Speaker of the U.S. House, Kevin McCarthy, for his many years of dedicated service to The National Exchange Club.

John earned a business administration degree from Cerro Coso College and an entertainment business degree from UCLA. He also studied producing at Vancouver Film School. 

John has worked in the motion picture industry and is president of Film Regions International, Inc. He is a member of The Producers Guild of America and holds an elected public office as a board member for the Kern Valley Healthcare District. His hobbies include hiking, swimming, working out, history, political science, and music. 

Tony Parish

Tony Parish
Region 2 Vice President

In 2006, Tony Parish was invited to work an Exchange event after a friend’s suggestion. Upon participating, he was totally invested and has been involved with Exchange since.

Tony has held numerous positions, including club president, district director, and Regional Vice President. He is an active member of the Breakfast Exchange Club of Billings, MT.

Professionally, Tony is a courier in the real estate industry; but, his favorite role outside of Exchange is being a father. Tony has two sons and is married to his wife, Amber. The family loves to go to baseball games, participate in runs, play golf, and visit historic sites around the state to give his youngest son, Hayden, an idea about how amazing Montana can be.

Tony hopes to help the three districts he will be partnering with to achieve their own goals, while also encouraging them to collaborate.

Annette Duncan

Annette Duncan
Region 3 Vice President

Annette joined The National Exchange Club in 2002 and is currently a member of the Moonlighters Exchange Club of Owatonna, MN. She has served in offices at the club and district levels, including president and volunteer field representative for the Lakes and Prairies District Exchange Clubs.

Annette is the president of the United Way of Steele County, MN, and has been working with nonprofits in the human services sector for more than 20 years. Annette has a bachelors degree in organizational management and communication and earned a Master’s degree in nonprofit management.

Annette is married to Bryan, together they have six children – Brandon, Hunter, Sebastian, Jazmyne, Indya, and Amelia – and two granddaughters, Penelope and Artemis. 

Annette enjoys spending time with her family, watching her children’s sport events, working in the garden, and volunteering. Annette is passionate about serving those in need, so most of her time is spent fulfilling this mission in a variety of capacities.

Kevin Barker

Kevin Barker
Region 5 Vice President

Kevin Barker’s life was changed when he joined Exchange on May 20, 2009. He is a member of the Exchange Club of Sugar Land, TX, and the After Hours Exchange Club of Greater Fort Bend, TX. Kevin has served in different officer roles at the club and district levels and is currently a mentor for two Exchange Excel Clubs.

Kevin is the director of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Provider Services for Texana Center. He oversees services for children, youth, and adults within a six-county who have intellectual disabilities. Kevin lives in Richmond, TX, with his wife Jeanne Wallace. They are blessed with three adult children: Trista, Bryson, and Lauren; and four grandchildren: Sophia, Brianna, Collin, and Lincoln.

Kevin enjoys cooking, traveling, live music, and theater, new and different cuisine, and serving his community. He looks forward to working with the Mid-America, Texas, and Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast District Exchange Clubs to grow Exchange.

Judi Hartman
Region 6 Vice President

Judi Hartman is originally from Sandusky, OH, but now reside in Crossville, TN.  She has been a member of Exchange Club of Lake Tansi, TN, since January 2013.

Prior to her recent, third retirement, Judi was a ‘jack of all trades’, working as a cosmetologist, bookkeeper, waitress, factory worker, industry sales consultant, chiropractic assistant, and an accounts receivables manager.

Judi has two daughters and a son, who have blessed her with seven grandchildren. Judi is twice-widowed and shares a condo with her cat. She enjoys traveling, golfing, playing cards, cribbage, puzzling, watching game shows, and bible studies. These days, she calls herself a professional volunteer.

 

Julie Harman

Regional 7 Vice President

Julie joined The National Exchange Club in 1994, following in the footsteps of her father, and recently became a member of the Exchange Club of Detroit, MI – also known as Detroit #1. She grew up attending many Exchange functions and loves what Exchange stands for. She has served as treasurer of the Exchange Club of Monroe, MI, for several years, as well as director, treasurer, and president of the Michigan District Exchange Clubs. 

Julie is a para-professional at Calkins Hehl Rafko CPAs in Monroe, working in tax and accounting for more than 38 years. Julie is active in her community, working on various boards throughout the years. She enjoys spending time with her three sons and nine grandchildren, as well as travelling and spreading the word about Exchange.

Joseph Walsh

Joseph Walsh
Region 9 Vice President

Joe became a member the Exchange Club Treasure Coast, FL, in 2014. He is now a member of the Exchange Club Vero Beach, FL. Joe has held positions, including club board member and president, as well Florida District Exchange Clubs director and president. He found Exchange through an online search and contacted his local club when he located in Florida.

Joe is a retired senior vice president program director from Bank of America. Currently, he is a real estate sales associate in Vero Beach Florida. He has been active in his community and church, serving on St. Edwards School Board, Richmond Diocese Planning Commission, and St, Paul the Apostle Parish Council.

Joe and his wife, Joy, have one son, Brent, and two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Colin. Joy and Joe have been married 52 years. Joe enjoys reading, the beach and travel.

Fussell Hughes

Region 10 Vice President

Fussell joined the Exchange Club of Albany, GA, in 1997 and is now also a member of the Exchange Club of Lee County, GA - for which he was a club builder.

Fussell has held a number of positions within his Exchange Club District, including district president board member. He is a volunteer field representative The National Exchange and was elected Region 10 Vice President in 2023.

Fussell has assisted in building two Exchange Clubs and has sponsored a number of new Exchange Club members.

Before partnering with his wife's family in 1984 to open a hardware business, Fussell worked in the farm supply business. He operated the hardware business until his retirement in 2019.

Fussell lives in Albany, GA, with his wife Elise. He has three children, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and one dog, Carabelle. In their spare time Fussell and Elise enjoy their lake house and having family and friends visit.

Kara Wright

Kara Wright
Region 11 Vice President

Kara joined the Exchange Club of Hanover, PA, in 2010 and is also a member of the newly-formed Exchange Club of Spring Grove, PA, of which she was a club builder. Kara has been an active committee member at the club-level and has also served as president and director for the Mid-Atlantic District Exchange Clubs.

Kara worked in retail for more than 15 years before serving in the membership and program departments for the Penn Laurel Girl Scout Council (PLGSC). She went on to serve as regional outreach director for PLGSC and Girls Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania. Kara has been a youth advocate with York and Adams Counties courts of adjudicated youth and also volunteered with numerous clubs and groups as her children grew.

Kara enjoys staying active in her free time through her certification as a low ropes course facilitator, gardening, and yoga. Through her own journey of personal growth, she also became a transformational coach.

Kara and her husband Jim have five children, 12 grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. They live on a small farm in Glenville, PA, with their youngest child, Clint. They have operated a plumbing and heating business for many years.

Paul Greatsinger

Paul Greatsinger
Region 12 Vice President

Paul Greatsinger is a member of the Exchange Club of Stamford, CT, and is also the Connecticut District Exchange Clubs' volunteer field representative. He has held several other offices with the organization, including  division director, club president, and club vice president.

Paul joined the organization in 2007, initially for the fellowship, but has pursued leadership roles due to Exchange’s Mission and National Project, the prevention of child abuse.

Paul is the Vice President at Morgan Stanley, based in Stamford, CT. He is also a veteran who served 20 years as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. Paul is married to his wife of 33 years, Ginny, and they share three adult children, as well
as a miniature Australian Shepard named Sandy. He enjoys golf, reading, and French cooking.

He hopes to help Exchange achieve its vision of strong communities and unified people through his role as Regional Vice President.
